I just had some photos taken for new business cards… here I am.

Last night I watched Shaun White win the half pipe.  He was awesome!   I must say, it was not as good as last year in many ways.  But he did what he had to do win.

Last night I watched my 1st tennis match. And I actually understood the score! It was between Li & Wozniacki  in the womens semi final in the Australian Open.  Surprisingly Li won.   It was very exciting.  I normally do not watch tennis. In fact I can’t remember the last time I did for more that 5 minutes.    I must say it was very exciting.  My grandmother would be proud. Perhaps I will watch the final…

I just signed up for a community ed course at SF College called Running for beginners.  In many regards,  I am a beginner and also a runner, so I thought this might improve my outlook in this endeavor.  Perhaps others too.

I am excited about learning the proper way to do it as well as some training in the Gym,  something I have never done.  I am hoping  this gets me close to running a 5K someday.
