    Today I walked… and was very afraid I was going to get wet (or my iPod wet :>). I was thinking I can google the net on walking to learn more… I quickly found this.

    Today I walked to lunch, met the guys, then continued my normal pattern. Walking is very liberating….


  • Walking Day 7

    It has been 7 straight working days that I have walked at lunch time. Fourty Five minutes a tour. That is a total of 21 miles for the week. Today I felt a little sick and my muscles & back ached, but I walked. :>


  • Walking Distance

    I drove the track that I have been walking and it is exactly 3.0 miles.


  • Exercise

    Man. This stuff is very addicting. It is just amazing the sights one can see walking. The smells, the people… I have been driving in this area for 10 years (and went to school here in the 80′s) and it is just eye openning when on foot.


  • Walking is Great!

    OK, this is day three of walking. I can not believe that I have never figured out how easy this is. I actually did not want to stop. But, work is calling.

    I walked the same route. Down to 13th street, to University Ave & 13th, to University Ave & 6th street, and back to my office. It took 4o minutes. What especially helps is having my iPod & listing to my podcasts. :>
