			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Today the City of Gainesville held a run-off election for Mayor.  It was between a longtime politician and a person with no political experience.  Well, the politician won, but by only <strong>35 VOTES</strong> out of more than 12,000 votes casted.  I guess that represents about 16% of the registered voters, which is sad, but considered a good turnout.</p>
