			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Tonight <a href="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Fear">fear</a> is on my mind.  It was recently described to me like a baseball pitched to a batter.  What do you do when the ball is pitched?</p>
<p>You step into the pitch.  Face your fear. </p>
<p>Many of us don&#8217;t.</p>
<p>And you can take it deeper.  We can try and watch the <a href="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Nuance">nuances</a> of the pitch, like the curve of the ball or speed at which it comes. This helps you recognize the pattern and better deal with the fear. </p>
<p>This is my challenge.  To step into the pitch. Face my fear.</p>
