Tonight fear is on my mind. It was recently described to me like a baseball pitched to a batter. What do you do when the ball is pitched?
You step into the pitch. Face your fear.
Many of us don’t.
And you can take it deeper. We can try and watch the nuances of the pitch, like the curve of the ball or speed at which it comes. This helps you recognize the pattern and better deal with the fear.
This is my challenge. To step into the pitch. Face my fear.
