• Sweat

    There is something about getting all sweaty.  Its our bodies way of getting rid of stuff. (and to cool down)  I just resumed my daily lunch time walk that has been on hold for several months.  I’m not sure why I stopped but recently have had this build up to get back to it. 

    I have been making all kinds of excuses, like I have to eat, I need to meet this client, I don’t have my MP3 player (in fact that was my excuse today, so I went to Office Depot this morning and bought a replacement for $39), or its going to rain.    So no more excuses, I just did it, 45min and 3 miles later.   And I let my mind clear and my body sweat.

    And it feels good.
